A: In order to provide you the time-saving convenience of selecting your home service providers and connecting, disconnecting or transferring your services in one website, ZipForm Concierge & ConnectUtilities charges a fee for its services. In select markets, by choosing new service offerings from any of our selected utility and home service providers who pay us a commission, the convenience fee is reduced or removed completely.

Q: What is ZipForm Concierge & ConnectUtilities' Refund Policy?

A: A refund may be issued if ZipForm Concierge & ConnectUtilities is unable to successfully deliver the requested services for provider processing. If service is denied due to poor credit history, outstanding previous balances, wrong/false information, etc. there may be no refund. Our role is to successfully provide the information to the service provider for processing, not to insure successful account activation based upon customer qualification.

Q: What do I have to do to connect my utilities?

A: Five easy steps and your utilities are connected:

  1. Enter Your Zip Codes: Let us know where you live and where you're moving.
  2. Select Current Providers (for those transferring or canceling service): Tell us who services your existing utilities and we'll have them disconnected for you.
  3. Shop for Services: Choose the services and plans you want.
  4. Provide Required Info: In order to service your requests, we'll need information such as your name, address, and date of birth.
  5. Confirmation & Verification: Confirm and place your order.

Q: How do I check the status of my service requests to confirm that they were received and the date when I will receive service?

A: You will receive an initial summary confirmation e-mail summarizing your request as well as individual confirmation e-mails listing the details of each service requested. If installation services are required, a service provider representative will contact you for scheduling. Service provider contact numbers are included with each confirmation e-mail.

A: Yes, our providers are nationwide. However, some of our providers are regionally restrained as to their service offerings. The smaller, independent and non-competitive utilities (i.e. water and sewer) operate locally and may vary from zip code to zip code. ZipForm Concierge & ConnectUtilities is working very hard to bring all possible service providers, nationwide or local, into The ZipForm Concierge & ConnectUtilities Network in an effort to serve as your one-stop-shop utility and subscription service request provider.

Q: Are online service requests really safe?

A: Yes! ZipForm Concierge & ConnectUtilities uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode your personal information before it is transmitted over the Internet. SSL works by creating a temporary and shared "key" (similar to a digital code book) that lets only the computers on either end of the transmission scramble and unscramble information. To anyone between the sender and the receiver, including all the servers that may relay the message, the SSL transmission between is indecipherable gibberish. You are safe!

All you need is an e-mail address and the ability to get to www.connectutilities.com to check-in for services. Once registered, you can check back any time to view your up-to-the-minute status.
